About The Woman’s Club of Evanston

Founded in 1889, The Woman’s Club of Evanston (WCE) has had a proud history of supporting organizations that make a difference in our community. The mission of our club is:

Connecting women behind a shared purpose of volunteerism, social empowerment and community support.

The WCE is dedicated to community service, philanthropic work and friendship and boasts more than 350 members from the North Shore, Chicago and surrounding communities. Last year, our Club contributed more than $300,000 and 5,000 volunteer hours to local non-profit organizations.
