Covid-19 Statement

 

As the progression of the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the lives of so many globally, we want to keep our clients and guests as informed as possible in this ever-evolving time. The health and safety of our guests, vendors, staff and members is our first priority. The graphic above are the phases of the Restore Illinois re-opening plan. 

The Woman’s Club of Evanston has been monitoring a variety of sources for the latest updates and recommendations affecting our operations, and at this time we are working with clients and vendors to reschedule events of more than 50 guests. We are able to accommodate smaller guests counts of less than 50 at this time with proper health and safety measures in place appropriate for Phase 4. 

From rescheduling, helping to brainstorm alternatives, and communicating with vendors, the team at the WCE is here to help you navigate postponing your event as seamlessly as possible without anything lost. You can worry about staying safe and celebrating your love story at a later date—and we’ll shoulder the rest!

If your event is after 8/1/2020, please don’t hesitate to email us with any questions, concerns, or for any updates so our team members can be there for you. Without having a firm date for Phase 5, we will advise the best we can with the information available. 

During this difficult time, please know that The Woman’s Club of Evanston will not forget about our clients- we are here to celebrate your special events!  We have been an active part of the community for over 130 years.  We are a steady organization, which has weathered two World Wars, the Great Depression, and other global issues. We promise to deliver an exceptional experience!  Thank you for your patience as we navigate this ever-changing situation one day at a time. We look forward to welcoming you into our Clubhouse once again with the same warmth and hospitality that has always been at the heart of our organization.
