Corporate Events

Host your corporate networking event, presentation, panel discussion and more at The Woman’s Club of Evanston. Our historic Clubhouse offers several options depending on your needs.

• The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests. The Ballroom has a stage and adjacent enclosed Sun Porch for refreshments.
• Audiovisual equipment (screen/projector, microphones, podium), provided on each floor, included in your fee.
• The first floor Tea Room and adjacent Music Room can accommodate up to 150 guests. The first floor also offers a beautiful enclosed Sun Porch.
• Spaces for break-out sessions, green rooms for VIP/keynote presenters, and quiet spaces for participants to make phone calls on site. 

Select a caterer from our Preferred Caterers. Our catering partners are very familiar with the Clubhouse assuring your event will run smoothly. Dinnerware, tables, chairs and other equipment are included.

Parking for your participants is easy. There is abundant and reasonably priced Parking available near the Clubhouse and we are located just blocks from Chicago public transit stops. Several hotels are steps away.
