Our historic Clubhouse is the perfect venue to impress your friends, family, colleagues, and guests with sophisticated elegance and gracious hospitality! The WCE Clubhouse interior has been completely remodeled between 2021 and 2023 and features new furniture and finishes as well as new gender-inclusive restrooms on both floors. Your contract entitles you to exclusive use of the entire Clubhouse for your event.

The First Floor
The first floor consists of three rooms plus the entry lobby with its grand staircase to the second floor. Our first-floor spaces are ideal for your cocktail reception or for a more intimate gathering.

Tea Room
The first-floor Tea Room is the perfect area to welcome your guests with a cocktail hour, luncheon, or presentation. The space is 45′ by 38′ and features a charming mantle, fluted columns and elegant lighting and artwork. The space is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system installed in 2021. The room accommodates 120 for a sit-down dinner or 150 – 200 for a cocktail reception.

The Tea Room

The Music Room
The adjacent Music Room offers flexibility in using the spaces together and gives you an opportunity to set up the space as it will work best for your event day. The Music Room features a 42’ x 22’ maple hardwood floor and is separated from the Tea Room by French doors. It is ideal for a bar area and is equipped with a pull-down screen for video presentations.

The Sun Porch
Adjacent to the Tea Room, the year-round glass-enclosed Sun Porch is a lovely space for smaller groups to tuck away from the action. The space can be completely open or a separate smaller room and be closed off to create a private dressing area for the bride and her attendants.

The Ballroom
On the second floor, the dramatic two-story Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests for a sit-down dinner without a dance floor and 200 guests with a dance floor. The Ballroom has beautiful original hardwood floors for dancing and an adjacent enclosed Sun Porch for cocktail service. The stage is perfect for a band or DJ. Add our up-light package for an extraordinary look!

• The first floor year-round glass enclosed Sun Room adjacent to the Tea Room
• The second floor 70‘ x 42’ Grand Ballroom, equipped with a full stage – perfect for band set-ups or presentations
• Large drop down screen from above the stage for presentations or videos
• The second floor year-round glass enclosed Sun Room adjacent to the Grand Ballroom
